Lately his father just seems to be very angry about everything, especially his job at the mill. His main support through everything is his uncle Louis, a great man who takes him and his mother on visits to Vermont and helps with household things while Sonny’s father is working. The family is hiding a secret, which is part of the anger from Sonny’s father. Will Sonny ever learn the family secret and help bring his family away from the anger, shame and hurt?
