The trio is once again swept into the past. They must fight as gladiators in Rome against other gladiators as well as some strange creatures. The only weapons they have are the wooden swords that came along for the ride. They must survive in order to locate the book and get home. In order to survive they must get a thumbs up from the crowd and the emperor for their fighting skills. If they get a thumbs down they will be killed.
